Web Screens login error: "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component."

Hello,

I keep getting the error Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component. while trying to login to Web Screens - I am certain that I have missed an IIS Setting and don't know what needs to be done; Looking for any support or answers I can get.
