Unable to Print from Sage 300

Using sage300 2017, when preview is select and attempt is made to print from "invoice batch list", the document preview in crystal reports do not appear. Similarly, if I try to print without preview, the cursor is busy for a fraction of second and nothing appears. Please note the printer which is a Epson is turned-on and print other documents outside Sage 300. I am also unable to print from said machine with the ADMIN or any other accounts. Please indicate what the issue may be or any troubleshooting I could do that may resolve this issue. Tanks in Advance.
