cleared withdrawals not on screen

Question

Sage is telling me I've cleared $25,589.88 of withdrawls. 
 But there are NO cleared withdrawals. I've even changed my reconciling date to year end and there's nothing. How do I find this $25,589.88 and unclear it?

 Service packs? 
 Data integrity for bank services OK? 
 
 It is possible that the withdrawals may have been cleared to a future period. Set the bank rec date to a later month and review the Reconciltaion tab. DONT save this future dated bank rec though - you wont be able to change it back to an earlier date of you do.
