Sage 300 2018 Bank rec issue

While trying to clear some transactions in Bank Reconciliation the system shows an error 'Record has been changed by another user'. 

It only happens on a few of the transactions.  Couple of receipts and a couple of payments. 

No one else appears to be using Bank Rec according to the 'Current Users' list.  Ran data integrity against bank services, no change.

No restart records according to the Restart Maintenance in Sage.

Anyone have any ideas?
