Unable to Print to a Custom Payment Voucher Form

I have a crystal report which is run via Sage 300 desktop shortcut [Macro] which has stopped pulling data through for some batches. The Crystal Report only shows a blank Custom form for some A/P Payment batch entries and will pull the data for some batch entries, in particular, old batches which dates back to many years ago. 

This started happening after I reinstalled Sage 300 because the initial installation was hit by a virus. I am perplexed as this Macro used to pull the data without any problems and don't know where to look at for possible problems. I have tried to reinstall Sage 300 several times and it installs without any problems.

Any ideas as to where I could possibly look for a solution?

    If it's a custom AP report you'll have to set it up the aprpt.ini again. That ini would have been overwritten when you reinstalled Sage.

    I am aware of the need to amend the aprpt.ini file and this has been updated accordingly. The surprising thing is that this report works just fine on my laptop with the same data from the Client. I even tried to run RVSPY/DBSPY to check if there is anything out of the ordinary, but both tools don't pick up anything unusual. I should also point out that the report was working fine until the Client was hit by a virus. We have reinstalled Sage 300 several times but the report still will not print data from other batches.
