Error 53 after upgrade from Sage 300c Premium 2017 to 2019

SOLVED

We are getting "Error Code: 53  File not found." in Purchase Orders only, after an upgrade.

Clicking OK allows us to continue - don't see any other errors. Happens only when creating a new PO, upon entering a vendor and entering the first item onto the PO.

Any thoughts? Don't see any relevant posts here...
