Sage 300 and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

On January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) went into effect. The CCPA aims to protect the personal information of all California consumers and applies to qualifying for-profit businesses that collect, purchase, or sell personal information of California consumers. Businesses may be affected by CCPA, even if they are not based in California.
