Sage 100 Paperless PDF of AR & SO Invoices prints Blank (All White with no data) for Plain Invoice form and like a Photo Negative for Customized Marbled form after Adobe DC update to 2019 version

This problem has been driving me crazy for the past 2 days.  Have a client who PDF's & electronically delivers AR & SO Invoices.  They are on 2014 PU 4 Premium version of Sage.

They have been using the same customized form codes in both AR & SO for years.  On 12/21 when they emailed a large batch of AR invoices to their customers, the customers contacted them saying that the invoice was missing all of the header fields (except for the Logo, that was there) and the body of the invoice was populated but it was shaded all Brown instead of light grey and the column titles that are normally shaded blue were shaded yellow.  The correct invoice form was used.

This definitely seems to be workstation related as another accounting user can create invoice PDF's using the same form codes from her machine with no problem (invoices look normal).  Only difference that we see is that the 2 workstations having the problem use Adobe DC which was updated to 2019 version on 12/18 which is very close to the date they saw the problem on 12/21.  The 2 workstations that do not have the problem are using an older version of Adobe X and were not updated.

I have uninstalled Adobe DC 2019 from workstation, rebooted machine, installed Adobe X that comes with Sage.  Still same problem.  I have uninstalled Sage workstation, removed PDF converter, rebooted machine, and reinstalled Sage workstation.  Still same problem creating PDF's.  I even created a brand new form code using Plain form and printed to PDF.  The pdf is created but is blank (all white) when opened.  If same form code is printed to PDF from another workstation, it is not blank and looks fine.

I installed Nitro on one of the problem workstations and made that the default program for PDF files.  Printed some invoices to PDF and same thing happens - plain form is blank and marble form is missing header info (except for Logo) and is brown.  Very very strange.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks
