Multiple companies and multiple Sage instances

Is it possible for a single license of Sage 100 to allow for multiple installations of Sage Server?

Currently my UK-based company accesses and transacts in Sage 100 via remote desktop as the US-based parent company is the license holder and the Sage server instance and the Sage data files for both companies are located in the US.

This remote desktop way of accessing Sage doesn't offer the best user experience for the UK-based company. Is it possible to run Sage 100 from a UK location instead and have the UK company Sage data file also in the same UK location without needing an additional license?

I believe that the license agreement indicates it be installed on one server.

@tom Target is right. I will say that you can have a more native feeling experience using Citrix, but it brings a host of other issues to deal with around credit card processing, printing, etc. You can only have it on two servers if one is your production environment and the other is the test environment, which presumably is just for a short time.

The Kempster sent me this reply:

My reply would be: You cannot have multiple instances of the license. If they are running Sage 100 Premium, and the US location does not need to do data entry, the server could be moved to the UK and a DBA could set up database replication back to the US. This way the US location could access the data for financial or analysis work.
