Hello, I'm curious to know if I can create user defined fields in Sales Order Entry and the same fields in Invoice Data Entry?

The fields are populated in the Sales Order Entry window, and then transfer to the invoice.  The fields are in be added to the Sales Order Invoice Form where they can be printed.

    Yes.  When creating a UDF you can specify it is sourced from a Business Object (instead of being typed manually) and your only real limitations are the options listed as linked Business Objects.  SO fields can be set to flow to invoices.

    Map your UDF to flow to invoice history, and it will be available for reprints after posting.  The help files show some of the more common mappings.

    Add your UDF to work tables, instead of linking tables into the Crystal Report, making sure you consider the history printing if you need that to work.
