For one you don't need the Extension Amount field. Take it out as the system will calculate on it's own.

Is this a lot or serial item?

It is a lot valuation item, however, when entering an SO manually we don't enter the lot number until shipping if that makes any difference.

Yes, user is full admin and just double checked to ensure the admin still has full access to tasks, security events and module options.

Also created a import file with a FIFO item and attempted the import with the same result.

Note that you should only include what you would enter manually when creating a sales order. You don't enter the line extension do you. If you are using the current price you don't enter it do you.

Initially I did not have the extension setup in the import.  I added it thinking that may be the issue but get the same result with the extension and without.

One question. when you manually create a sales order do you manually enter the same data you have in your source file? Your import source file should be the same fields in the same order as when you manually enter an order

Have you tried the LL.QuantityOrdered field?
