yes. There is one standard report that has a macro and it the report itself connects to three other databases. One of the connection is the SYSTEM DSN and another is the ODBC Driver SQL server.

I assume this is a Union report. Can you run each of the Sub Reports to see which one is throwing the error?

Yes, if the other reports use it and in this case they are.  I guess I was thinking that if there was a way to 'unravel' the embedded Macro then the report could be deleted.  Unless, maybe try unlinking the report, and either remove the Macro then save as a non-macro report or just save as a non-macro report then delete the report.   

Ah, ok.  The error suggests a problem with a SELECT SQL statement which is typically in the Container.  Maybe look at the sub-report containers and see if you can find the issue? From the sub-report in Report Manager right-click and use the Go to Container feature.

What  data files does the Container for this report access?

In the SQL statement shown in the error it refers to a report id 654. Which of the sub reports has this report # assigned to it.

When I highlight the subreport and right click tI do not see the Go to Container feature.

Does SI have a feature that would locate that report number. We have so many subreports.

You have to double click on the sub report then double click on the Source Container. Then right click on the Container and select Go to Container in the Connector.

No there is now Find type function so you will have to click on the each of the sub reports and look under Properties in the 1st field Report ID

I can't find a report 654. By the way, the container that this report should come from a CSV container.

I think that what I'm going to do is called Help Support to see if they can delete this report from the back end since I can't do it.  I will let you know what happens!
