Can you be a little more specific as to how it's not working?

We have tested Sage Intelligence on Excel 2019 and found it passed testing.  Please explain what issue you are having and maybe we can help you with the issue.  There are a number of possibilities with any software so we need more information to be able to help. 

If you have contacted tech support can you tell me if they have not been able to resolve your issue and what your ticket number for support is so that we can go back and try to help further. If you have not contacted support it would help if you did so that we can get the help you need and track it.

 Please let me know your specific issue and I can see if we can assist.  

While Sandra is correct that Sage Intelligence itself may be compatible with Excel 2019, Sage Intelligence (SI) version 7.50 is the latest version supported with Sage 100.  SI 7.50 has not been tested for Excel 2019 compatibility so is not fully supported and no changes will be made on that version to accommodate Excel 2019.  Please refer to the Integrated Solutions Compatibility Matrix (ISCM) for Sage 100 versions 2017, 2018, 2019 on KB 48274.  There have been discussions around SI Maintenance release for Sage 100 compatibility in 2020, but has not yet been approved.
