I am running a financial report in SAGE Intelligence and setting up distribution using BI Tools in the excel spreadsheet.  I set up to email a pdf copy of the report to several people.  It is just a one page PDF.

When I manually send using BI tools, it sends fine.  However, when it auto runs using Task Scheduler, it sends 8 copies of the pdf.  I am trying to figure out why and how to stop the multiples and have it send only one copy.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
