Licensing in Terminal Server environment

Can someone explain to me how to license the report manager, designer, and connector in a TS environment? I've searched the KB and here and can't find the answer.

Sage 100 version 2015 -

It is my understanding that the license is named. However, the user is not always logging in to the same TS session. So how will SI know that the user is licensed when the "workstation" name does not match?

Hi Debbi.

Take a look at the Citrix Installation Guide for Sage 100 ERP Intelligence Reporting Intelligence. It can be found here:

It says "Intelligence Reporting uses a workstation licensing model whereby licenses are assigned to workstations which need access to the Intelligence Reporting modules"

Correct Debbie.

But to add... once access has been set up in role maintenance, access to the Sage Intelligence modules will still depend on the workstation license used to sign in to TS. Beyond that, access to different reports can be set up in our Security Manager.

This only applies to version 2014 and 2015 as I think before that, you could access Intelligence outside of the ERP.

Peter,

It looks like the link to this file is broken. Do you have a new link? I am trying to install Sage Intelligence in a terminal server environment and I can't seem to find any documentation.
