I have a client experiencing some errors I have never seen...

They are heavy Sage Intelligence users.  We just upgraded to Sage 100c 2016 a few weeks ago and since then their Sage Intelligence has been more error prone than I would like...

Here is a screen shot of the error I would like to tackle first as it renders Sage Intelligence unless and we need to reboot.

We cannot create the error at will, it only happens occasionally.  There are around 7 Sage Intelligence users and 3 have received the message above since the upgrade.  Those that have received the error are a mixture of Report Managers and Report Viewers.

The solution has been to reboot the workstation, but that is a temporary fix as the error sometimes comes back.  The client is pretty good about making sure Excel is closed prior to running a Sage Intelligence Report so I do not think there is any conflict there.

I Googled the error and I saw some posts about VB scripting but that just confuses me more.  When you boil it down we just have a bunch of Financial Reports (we do use Reporting Trees for Divisions and Locations) that link to Ledger Accounts...

Looking for help as I am sure the client is getting frustrated.
