If you are talking about email attachments, Sage added (v2019?) a feature to add those runtime.

If are talking about actual printing to paper, that can be done with a customized form code (with the additional instructions added to the Crystal Report).

I guess I left out the most important part of the post - the instructions are not the same for all customers.

I am guessing you want to print this with the sales order for internal use. Is that correct.

Posting the terms on your website, and having a customer specific URL print (click here for your terms... stored as a UDF in AR_Customer) is an alternate strategy (for things that the customer needs to see).

Report footer only works for printing one at a time (not printing in a batch).

We've also used custom comment codes... and suppressed them when it comes to customer facing documents (assuming the comments are for internal use only).

Kevin, I suspect this is an internal thing where the sales order is printed and along with the shipping instructions and they all find their way to the shipping department. I suspect the poster is a reseller.

Agreed... my thought on linking to terms posted online is not a good fit for internal instructions. 

For that we most commonly use UDF's (on the customer / order, inserted into an existing report section) or line comments, which is a lot easier than restructuring forms to print an extra page.

Along with what's already been said, you could use a Customer Memo for the shipping instructions and then add the memo to the form using a subreport.  Link the subreport by division and customer.  If you use the same memo code for each customer, you can add record selection criteria to the subreport to only show the shipping instructions memo data.
