Sales Order lines

I previously worked with Sage 500 and was able to run a query from Sales Order lines and dump that data into excel and then manipulate it for my presentations and create pivot tables.This would brake down the sales order to the line level and provide valueable information. How can i get the same information from Sage 100?

For example: I would like a list of every item that was sold the last quarter? I want it to have the customer, location, ship method, cost, extend price, sales product group/line, part number, description.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
