Third party integration error when trying to import an order from Quoteworks to Sage 100 2018 Sales order

The error that's generated during the process is misleading. I think there's something else going on which is preventing the process from completing. Here's the general error info:

Processing the Document "DocumentNumber" in Sage failed

Current Company

Company Data path: \\servername\SAGE\SAGE2018ADV\MAS90\MAS_ABS\

Current Module: Sales Order

Fatal Error creating S/O Sales Order in Sage.

12 - Error #12: File Does Not exist (or already exists) File: JC_Options

<NewObject Error: 200>

The Job Cost module isn't installed, I even went as far as installing it with the 45 day trial period option. After installing Job Cost the developer tried the testing process once more and the error still occurred.

The developer has gone ahead and installed an NFR copy of Sage 2018 on his own machine, without job cost, and he's been able to import from Quoteworks to Sales Order.

I have ensured that the enable external access option is turned on in the Sage company maintenance screens.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Is the integration attempting to start any reporting class object such as for Sales Order Printing or Picking Sheet Printing?

    Was a prior version of Crystal Reports 2016 installed on the server where the integration is executing?

    Since you are on version 2019, have you made sure that the pvxwin32.exe.config file from MAS90\Home was copied to the location of pvxcom.exe (should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Common Components on 64-bit windows or C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Common Components on 32-bit windows) and renamed it to pvxcom.exe.config on the workstation/server executing the integration? This is required if any externally created class objects will be starting any reporting classes.

    Is the integration initiating the Session object using the path to MAS90\Home on the server?

    Is it possible any other 3rd party integrations were installed that have dependencies or prerequisites that need to be installed or registered on the workstation executing the integration?
