We deployed a SPA tax engine update yesterday, April 30, 2020. This update is different than others we have deployed recently as it was only a fix for the SPA tax calculation engine. No tax updates were made so there is nothing to download.

This update was made to address the two issues below. If you have already installed the Payroll Tax Update that was deployed April 3, 2020 then no further action is required.

• Taxes are incorrect when combining FFCRA earnings with multiple earning lines on same check with a Fixed Amount Deduction Code that reduces taxes
• Massachusetts state withholding tax is not being reduced by the 3 new FFRCA Social Security and Medicare taxes
