  • I loaded Payroll 2.20.1 and PR6024T on my v2019 system.  In the ABC company when I created a new earnings code with one of these new tax rules, the system calculates Federal and State withholding, but calculate zero FICA or Medicare withholding and zero employer tax liability (even for Medicare).  There are no "other" taxes calculated either.  I've opened a case with support and was put on a callback list.   I was under the impression the only tax that was exempt from these wages was the employer FICA.  Do I have that wrong?
