Sage 100: Sage 100 Payroll 2.20.0 Program Fix PR6020T

A Program Fix Sage 100 Payroll 2.20.0 has been uploaded to the Sage Knowledgebase. This Program Fix addresses the following issues:

Employee Medicare rate is missing on the Quarterly Tax Report which causes employee Calculated Medicare Taxes to calculate incorrectly
Error: "No tax drill down records are found." occurs when drilling down into Employee Other taxes in some scenarios
Ohio local taxes and wages not appearing on W-2 boxes 18 and 19 or combined with other local taxes

I get this message when I try to download the fix, and I'm logged in to the Portal.

I get the same message too, regardless of the path I use to try and download the fix.

Every time I try to log into knowledge base it says Lets try that again . I am shown to be logged in but cannot get to these downloads

Are you unable to get to the Download page entirely? Or are you able to get there but the download is failing? If you can't get to the page, try searching for ID 103029.
