A Program Fix for Sage 100 Payroll 2.20.0 has been uploaded to the Sage Knowledgebase. The fix resolves an error ([Department number] is not numeric) that would occur when renumbering employees from one department to another and using an alpha character in the department code.

  • I attempted to follow this link, which took me to the Sage Customer Portal Login.

    When I supplied my credentials, which I slowly typed each time, the website gave me a "User Lockout" result.

    A) How do I unlock my Sage Customer Portal, as I do not see anywhere to click on the page.

    B) How do I get to this Program Fix, as I am at a standstill with an employee number until I get this resolved?

    Is there an option provided to reset your password? If there is, you should be able to just reset your password and then log-in. If not, you would need to call our Services team for assistance with resetting your account. You can reach our Services team by calling (866) 996-SAGE (7243).
