We have reports from customers that they are receiving an error when accessing any link to http://sagesoftwareonline. We have reported this issue and are working to correct as quickly as possible. This will affect links in Sage 100 such as Package Tracking to access iSHIP. The workaround would be to manually open https://iship.com/trackit/track.aspx in a web browser.
I am seeing this problem.
Apparently this is also affecting downloads on Sage Portal Knowledgebase so attachments to documents may be getting 404 errors.
