Updated ISCM for Sage 100 2019

Update: This issue was corrected in the Q2 2019 HRMS quarterly release that was released on 6/19/2019.

Yesterday the ISCM for Sage 100 2019 was supported. Sage HRMS is currently not supported with Sage 100 2019. The Sage HRMS team is working on a resolution, and we expect the correction will be available this quarter. When that correction is available, the ISCM will be updated again to include Sage HRMS.

  • We need more detailed information about what the issue/issues are.  Since Sage 100 payroll 2.19.X can be installed with Sage 100 v2018, there are clients running Sage 100 payroll 2.19.2 currently with Sage HRMS.

This issue only occurs in the integration between Sage 100 2019  and HRMS.  Sage 100 2018 users are not affected.  Current Versions of HRMS need to detect what version of Sage 100 Payroll is installed; legacy Payroll (used by Sage 100 2017 and prior versions) or Payroll 2.XX (used by Sage 100 2018 and higher).  A proper detection fails only for Sage 100 2019 integrations.  As soon as a resolution is available, we will post a response here, as well as update the Integrated Solutions Compatibility Matrix (ISCM) for Sage 100 2019.

Is the solution anywhere close?  Client is scheduled to migrate to v2019 Sage 100 and v2019.3 PR in July.  Testing was supposed to start next week.  They depend on the HRMS link to PR to reduce the duplicate effort required to keep both systems in synch.
