Custom button is missing once the CRM Integration with Sage 300 ERP 2014 is installed on CRM server

I created a new button through Administration > Advanced Customization > Button Group for Company Summary screen with the System Act of  "newemail". It was working until I installed the Sage CRM Integration for Sage 300 ERP 2014. Once it was installed, the button is missing from Company Summary screen. Anyone came across the same issue before, or any suggestions you might have? Thanks!

    Sage 300 integration will create or update the company summary in Button group, you should go to Button group and make sure there is only one for Company summary, modify and add new email action. If there are two, then remove the other one as it can only take one button group when open company summary screen.
