Yes, this is to open the Sage 200 forms from within CRM.

The functionality of the forms work as expected, it's just an inconvenience as if you click on the link, it opens the form then you have to click 'back' which opens the form a second time. It's a little odd as it's just one user so I imagine it's something environmental but we've tried different browsers, comparing settings (I.e. Internet Options) and all seems to be the same.

If it was happening for everyone, I'd be edging towards some option / setting in IIS.

Watch out then as with Sage 200 2022 R2 form launching is no longer supported anyway (doesn't even come with the installer) - technically you can use a previous installer and it'll work.

So for our customers we have been toeing the line and with Qnect the vast majority of reasons why customers went over to form launching over the CRM screens have been removed, there are still a few sticking points that don't make it 100% perfect, but it is a massive improvement on what was there before. 

So I would suggest if possible to challenge their traditions and look to see if moving over to the CRM screens and away from the form launching is viable. 

When you say /servername/
What is that name that appears ? localhost ?

It shows the actual server name, not localhost.
