Useful information re workflow emails changing header details

I've come across an issue when amending emails within either a workflow rule or escalation rule.

The header details are defaulting to an email template and even after clearing if you edit the email the header details are being set back to the template shown but the body text is OK.

Finally realised that in My CRM/Preferences that my default email template was the one showing and by setting my default to 'none' it fixed the edit of workflow/escalation emails.

Previously the Subject/From and To, were being overwritten.

This has been logged with my local Sage, so should be on a 'fix' radar.
