Can you specify which version of Sage CRM you are having the issue?  The Rectangle design was introduced in Sage CRM 2021 R2.  (+) Sage CRM 2021 R2: UI Improvements - Modernised pipeline style - Sage CRM Hints, Tips and Tricks - Sage CRM - Sage City Community

In the screen shot above you seem to have 'Finalise' twice in the pipeline. So this maybe an issue with translations. I can't see anything in the Release notes for Sage CRM 2022 R1 about Pipelines. 

its v2022 R1 - yes one of the issues is that finalise appears twice in the pipeline but its only setup once in the stage dropdown list - switching to the cylinder pipeline fixes this along with the other issues mentioned with the rectangle pipeline

Have you compared the SQL that the two pipelines use?  Are they fetching different data?

sorry for the late reply, only just got round to taking a look again, ive ran a sql trace one both pipelines and they both seem to generate the same sql queries that i can see apart from that on the new pipeline it looks like its generating an additional bit of sql:

Sorry for resurrecting such an old post but we are also experiencing this issue and you are the only other person I can see mentioning it. I wondered if you managed to find a fix?

i think for that particular customer we had to switch back to the old cylinder pipeline

About a year back I think I have seen this one customer. If I remember correctly it was something to do the the translations and the work flow stages. And strangely it displays correctly when they use cylinder pipeline

Thank you very much for this. We did have the lead_stage options with the same names as workflow stages, changing the translation so that the lead_stage differs to the workflow stages looks like it might have fixed it.
