Sage CRM - Exception in dotnetdll page : Interface not supported

Hello,

We have a Customer on Sage CRM 2017R3 (not ready to upgrade yet) and Sunday, after a server reboot, all custom DLL's stopped working.

Even the Out-of-the-box page "Related Entities" in the company tabs gives the same error. 
"Exception in dotnetdll page : Interface not supported"

We tried the "Unregister / Register" of the DLL's as mentioned in the Developer Guide with no luck.
We made sure all Windows Update have been installed and still no luck.

Any help would be much appreciated.
