Unfortunately not as yet.
I have a similar URL popup on screen briefly before being logged out.
This URL seems malformed at the end "charset=utf-8>" but I can't see where it is being constructed.

Something similar happens on the landing page for the custom entity (...User.asp) .
If you change the "My CRM for:" user, when the page tries to refresh the list for the newly selected user , it shows "charset-utf8>" and then I I get a 500 error.
