CRM Email space formatting

When using the sage email client, pressing the enter key automatically drops the curser two lines.  When using Shift key then enter key it will only drop one line.   Is there a way to turn off the "drop two lines" automatically?

    Hi Bill

    If you change the format to 'Normal (DIV)' it will resort to what you expect.

    Though not sure how to change this to be the default setting - but if you mostly use email templates, you can set this up in them so when used you won't need to do SHIFT+Enter

    Hey Matthew, thanks for the suggestion, but I am not able to get the Normal(DIV) to work correctly in an email template.  It single spaces when I am formatting the email, but when the person receives the email all of the spacing is removed.

    Has anyone been able to get single spacing to work properly in an email template?

    I have all users doing Shift-ENTER as a workaround.  Let me know, thanks!
