Tomcat upload problems with Sage CRM 2022 R1 and previous versions

A customer of mine has noticed a problem where I don't have a solution yet.
I have the same behavior in my CRM system.

If I save an email as a communication and then add an attachment to the communication, everything still works.

OK.

However, if I create another communication with an attachment and want to add another file, I get an "access is denied" message.

Now the folder in the TEMP directory is no longer accessible.
The only way to store files again is to restart the user session.

Please for Workarround.
