Dashboard 404 - File or directory not found

Help! I installed Sage CRM 2020 R2 on my laptop to use as a development sandbox.

When I open Sage CRM, it opens to the dashboard tab and displays the following error...

Any idea why I might be getting this error?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

First of all check the logs to see what it is trying to load. Check the iis logs as well. CRM isn't designed to run on a non server environment. Go through the tomcat trouble shooting guide.
