Hi All.

I have a client asking if there is a way to upload cases from a website, into CRM. Looking to see what options are available, and if there are any instructions on how to implement.

Hi Dan,
I would firstly take a look at the optional CRMSelfServiceDemo database and files, but if you are still unsure, you could see if https://crmtogether.com/products/customer-365/ would be a good fit for your client.
