Issue when trying to remove an AR Contact tick box from a person's record.

Hi.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction for the above error I receive when trying to remove the AR Contact checkbox from a person's record.

This customer person is still a valid contact for the company - so, I can't delete the record. However, I simply wanted to remove the AR Contact tick box from his record.

And when I try to do this, I get the following popup box: This person is linked to the four basic contact fields for the customer/vendor in Sage 300, and must be an A/R Contact or A/P Contact.

How does one get a round this issue?

    Hi Stephane,

    This might be version dependent but have you looked at the integrations manual yet? Sage 300 integrations manual
    You might find something there. I did find this for you:

    Integration Guide 6–7:

    Note: Ship-To and Remit-To addresses and contacts can be created
    only in Sage 300 (not in Sage CRM)

    As well as the section above it. It would also make a difference if it was an imported company or not, as well as if there are more contacts or no other contacts on that company in CRM.
