My customer uses Wyse terminals so they're operating in a thin client environment. I've recently configured CRM for them and they wanted Exchange integration, so that was all set up. Now installing the Lite plugin has thrown up an issue because they cannot install plugins into Outlook as it isn't installed on a local machine. I know next to nothing about thin client systems other than the fact that I don't like them. Cn the Outlook lite plugin be installed on a Wyse system? I know it can be installed on a Citric Xenapps system and I know it can be (or at least used to be) installed on a remote desktop system.
