One user (so far) cannot merge two companies in CRM.  One is a Sage 300 customer, one is not.

The error message is 'A problem occurred and changes could not be synched to Sage 300.  For help fixing this problem, Ask you system administrator to review the log file for Sage 300 company XXXXXX.

Other users are able to complete this process without errors.

Where is this log file they refer to?

What exactly is the issue?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
