I recently upgraded a client from CRM 2019 and Sage 300 2019 to CRM  2021 and Sage 300 2021.  Mostly seems to be working but when a user logs into Sage CRM and opens an existing opportunity and tries to create and Order they get the error message 'You are not authorized to complete this task.  Contact your system administrator for help'.  This worked fine in the previous version.  I cleared the browser history in Chrome which is the browser they use.

if I log into CRM as admin and try the same process it prompts to log into Sage 300 Web based forms. It doesn't just open the OE screen.

Sage 300 seems to be working fine BTW.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
