after installing the outlook classic plugin from sage crm 

i noticed that my calendar was syncing fine both way. 

but now it appears that all of my appointments that are being pushed from outlook to CRM are then being pushed back from CRM and duplicating inside my outlook calendar. 

it is also for some reason setting every meeting i have to a reoccuring meeting. even though that is not the case. 

how do i prevent this?
