my colleagues and I are having a problem during the demonstration for different prospect. We would like to create a different CRM Company/databases for every business field so we can kick off the demonstration at the right angle and show how we can solve the prospect pain point during the demonstration.
For example, a prospect A is in engineering field, we might have makes changes to fit their cases. Weeks later we have prospect B in food industry, now our changes in Sage CRM is not valid for prospect B and need to reset the changes again. Then maybe we have another prospect C in engineering field and we need to make the same change as in prospect A again.
I am looking for solution where we can change the CRM databases back and forth without destroying or damaging the data. Anyone has done this before? How do you do it? Thank you
