If customization look correct for a System Administrator but they don't work for other users this is most likely because of security rights.

But I don't know what user rights and policies and you have in place.  What type of customizations have you made? Are these using ASP or .NET pages or have you added new fields to a screen?  Without knowing what you've done it is hard to know what to suggest.

Why not take a screen shot of how the user sees the screen and another than shows how you want it to be displayed.  You would need to blur the customer data.

You have added more options to the comm_status field?  Does the system administrator use the same language as the user?  There may be a missing translation.

I noticed that they have different translation. The administration is showing UK while the users are showing US translation when i temporarily gave one of the users right to customization

And does filling in the missing translations solve the issue?

I dont really understand what you mean by filling in the missing translations. Is it not possible I change the users in a single click to be using UK translation?

A system administrator can set a user's language.  

I have tried locating where to change the user language but cant find it. Can you please guide me on this?

Logon on as the system administrator and find the user you wish to edit.  And the language is in the second panel.
