    Hi,

Actually, we have a physical server in the office and our requirement is to use it outside the office too. So what can I do?
Then can sage CRM be integrated with social media in 2020?

    Hi Teejan

The solution here is no different to hosting the server in the cloud, just that your office is 'the cloud'. The solution is more of an IT set up rather than CRM, users could be set up to use a VPN connection to the office (most secure option) where they need to create the VPN connection first and then they can work on CRM from home / out on the road.

The other option is to make CRM accessible to the outside world on a HTTPS (encrypted) URL (e.g. https://crm.mycompany.com/crm) users would just need to browse to it on their machines.

In either case speak to your IT guys and check out both options with them.

As for Social Media, at this time there isn't any add-ons for social media which are supported in CRM. I'm not sure what Sage's plans are for this element.

The strategy for Sage CRM is to allow it be deployed anywhere that you need it and in any configuration that you need.  It is also our strategy to provide the integration capabilities for partners to create social media integrations that are most appropriate for customers - that is why we are putting effort into expanding the RESTful APIs.

Social Media integration means different things to different people and while Mathew is correct we don't develop social media add-ons out of the box we can drive social media campaigns via our integration with Mailchimp.

Data can flow from your Accounting system into Sage CRM and from there you can create Mailchimp campaigns that are pushed on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
