Yes, the chart  actuals vs. target

So what I want to do is: our sales team is supposed to update their opportunities in a regaular manner. I want to set up these charts to show them if their opportunities are up to date or if they need to act.

Therefore I want to set a fixed number of days (= fixed target value) and then show if they are still below (green), accaptable (yellow) or if the opportunity is not up to date (red).

The Gauge is a chart type that can be used in reports.  It is documented but I don't think I have written about it before.  I can only refer you to the documentation.
