I have installed Sage CRM 2019R1-200 trial version. When i try to login i get the error message as below:
Your evaluation copy of CRM has expired.
What does it mean?
Hi Rita, as the license is only an evaluation version, it will expire. Usually, these licenses are only intended to be used for a brief period, while the potential client evaluates the software. Should you require additional time to evaluate Sage CRM, please discuss this with your Sage CRM service provider, who may request an extension.
Thanks Ocean, I have got a new license key. Would i be able to update the evaluation with this new key?
Yes. You can re-run the installer and apply the licence key, or do it in the registry. Make sure that the company name and licence key are copied exactly. If you do it via the registry, you will need an IIS Reset. It's in HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\eWare\Config\/<You CRM Install Name> and the fields are CompanyName and LicenseKey
