Turn on inline customisation so you can edit the right screen. It's something like OpportunityStatusBox

Hi Vega,

I have my inline customization turned on. (See in the photo the options to customize the other sections of the screen.) However it does not give me the option to edit the status box

Also i removed the priority entity from the OpportunityStatusBox screen and yes it removed it from the opportunity summary screen however it is still there when creating a brand new opportunity

It is intergrated with sage 200

You might want to give 200 support a call. Most of my 200 knowledge I have forgotten as I thankfully don't deal with it any more. I can't recall, but does 200 replace the oppo status box with a custom one?

This is a workflow screen, you will need to remove it from within the Opportunity Workflow.
