I'm hoping someone can help me.

I have 43 Company records that have the following in the Company Table: Comp_IntegratedSystems = MailChimp

When I sync, e,g, Click on the Send to MailChimp button within the Group, it replaces all those 43 company records with a 'NULL' value in the Comp_IdCust field.

I have no clue why this is happening.

I have 2233 records that are fine - just these 43 have this unique field setting (Comp_IntegratedSystems = MailChimp).

Why only those 43 records? and you would think it would have done the same setting for the other 2233 records.

Has anyone come across this issue?

Please help. Running SageCRM2020R1.
