I know this probably isn't the right place to post this, but I'm not sure where to go with it otherwise.
On the following link is states that "...Form launching is no longer supported on Remote Desktop Services..."
Please can this be reviewed as we have lots of customers who use CRM in RDP setups for working with Sage 200 and form launching, even with the move to Qnect200 this will still be needed as they provide the ability to Form Launch Sage 200 screens.
This is a fundamental piece of functionality of the Integration between CRM and Sage 200. I know it's still supported on the user's local machine but in this day in age when more people are working from home we've had a massive increase in demand for RDP setups.
Hi Matthew. I wasn't aware of this either. Qnect 200 supports form launching but obviously only within environments supported by the Sage 200 Form Launcher application. I agree that this needs to continue to work on RDP servers.
Nor was I, a customer came to us with the above link pointing out about the RDP not being supported after we just upgraded them to this version. Sage Support response was 'It's not supported'
My assumption is that its due to testing not an actual product change.
That's my thinking as well.
