Hi All,

I'm using 'document merge to the word' in a workflow, in which the edit merged document is not opening the document to edit. While 'View' the document works fine. Also when I click the edit button save, continue button and instructions are showing up. But the document is not opening. The documents are stored in the 'Draft' mode. For another system it is working fine. No idea what is going wrong here. 

I'm using Sage CRM 2020 version. 

Any Help??
