I have several custom list screens that I need to add a filter box to.

In the past, I have tried to use the following post, however, I think the solution is buried in the comments and there are a lot of comments.  :-)

I am wondering if there is a more simplified post that indicates the correct way to do this as if I recall you have to get the placement of the containers and blocks correct and in the right order.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
